Love Love Love.

My Mistress's Sparrow is Dead:

What is this thing called love story?

When it comes to love, there are a million theories to explain it. But when it comes to love stories, things are simpler. A love story can never be about full possession. The happy marriage, the requited love, the desire that never dims – these are lucky eventualities but they aren’t love stories. Love stories depend on disappointment, on unequal births and feuding families, on matrimonial boredom and at least one cold heart. Love stories, nearly without exception, give love a bad name.
We value love not because it’s stronger than death but because it’s weaker. Say you want about love: death will finish it.

The perishable nature of love is what gives love its profound importance in our lives. If it were endless, if it were on a tap, love wouldn’t hit us the way it does.

There's No Place Like Here:

There’s a fine love about love and hate. Love frees a soul and in the same breath sometimes suffocates it. I walked that tightrope, with all the gracefulness of an elephant, my head weighing me to the side of hate, my heart hoisting me to the side of love. It was a wobbly journey and sometimes, I fell.

Please, please forgive me if I have to post this! I just can't help it...

I have a new boyfriend!!!! Lookie,

It's my first big purchase using my own money so you could just imagine how proud I must be. Hehehe!

Thank You, Lord, for giving him to me! I amso grateful I think I'd be a very good girl from now on. Hahaha!

One of the best things that I got this first quarter of 2011. Cheers!
